Blaine Alyn Inman is a construction professional with deep experience across multifamily, commercial TI, mixed-use, and residential projects. His background includes field leadership, site coordination, schedule oversight, and hands-on work integrating digital tools with real-world installation.

After years of watching projects suffer from misaligned expectations, unclear scopes, inconsistent documentation, and digital systems that didn’t translate to the field, Blaine founded TILI BILT to provide a clearer, more grounded approach to construction consulting.

His philosophy is simple:
 practical solutions, honest communication, and field-ready implementation.
