WHY TILI BILT?
I didn’t start TILI BILT to chase jobs. I started it because too many homeowners get misled, overcharged, or left with sloppy work. That’s not how it should be. This business is personal. I take on one job at a time so I can give it my full focus — no distractions, no shortcuts, no excuses. I specialize in trim carpentry that’s clean, functional, and built to last.
I operate on one standard: integrity in everything. That means clear communication, written contracts, honest pricing, and work done the right way — every time. Nothing begins without a signed agreement that protects us both. And if you’re already working with a contractor and something doesn’t feel right, I’ll walk the job with you, review the contract, and give you the truth — no charge, no pressure. Just someone in your corner.
This isn’t just a job to me. It’s a calling. I believe in building with purpose, serving families, and doing work that honors the home and the values I stand on — faith, discipline, and doing what’s right even when no one’s watching. That’s what TILI BILT stands for.

The Future is Transparency
I started TILI BILT with a toolbelt, a truck, and a conviction: to do honest work for homeowners who are tired of getting burned. Right now, I operate strictly within the legal limits of my scope — as a specialized trim carpenter. I focus on interior finish work like crown molding, baseboards, doors, and wall accents — the kinds of details that bring a home to life when they’re done with care and precision.
But I won’t stop here. My long-term goal is to grow TILI BILT into a licensed General Contracting company. Not so I can take on more jobs — but so I can take more responsibility. More control over quality. More ability to protect homeowners from shady
contractors and broken promises. I’m working toward that license the right way: through hard work, legal compliance, and building a reputation that earns it. I won’t pretend to be a GC before I’m licensed. I won’t take jobs that cross the legal line. That’s not who I am, and that’s not the business I’m building.
Transparency isn’t a marketing tactic for me. It’s how I live. I put every scope of work in writing. I don’t start until the contract is signed. I don’t hide what I can or can’t do. If a client brings me a job outside my scope, I’ll tell them the truth. If their contractor is underperforming or overcharging, I’ll walk the site and give them a straight answer. No pressure. No ego. Just someone on their side who knows what right looks like.
My future isn’t about growing fast. It’s about growing solid — rooted in honesty, built with discipline, and backed by work that honors God and serves people. If that’s the kind of builder you’re looking for, I’m ready when you are.
BLAINE INMAN
Founder & Owner of TILI BILT LLC
I’m not a salesman. I’m not chasing leads. I’m not here to pad my resume or stack jobs for likes. I’m Blaine Inman — a builder by trade, a Veteran by experience, and a man who got tired of watching good homeowners get burned by half-measured work and hollow promises.
I started out in trim carpentry, hands in the sawdust, learning that every cut is a signature. Over time, I was trusted to lead crews of over 200 tradesmen on private projects from $1 million to over $100 million. I’ve built legacy homes for private owners who demand perfection, and I delivered — because I don’t know how to work any other way.
But here’s the truth: I got sick of the system. Sick of working for companies that care more about profit than people. Schedules over standards. Money over craft. So I built something different. TILI BILT isn’t about growth charts — it’s about grit. It’s about doing the kind of work that echoes. When I take on your job, I take ownership. You get one project at a time. My hands on it. My name on it. No middlemen. No “we’ll get back to you.” No excuses.
I specialize in interior finish carpentry — crown, base, doors, panels, built-ins — the things most crews fly through just to get paid. Not me. I slow down. I sharpen every line. Because when I leave your home, it should look so right people stop and ask who did it. And when you say “TILI BILT,” it should mean something.
And if you’ve already hired a contractor and something doesn’t feel right? Call me. I’ll walk the site, read the contract, and tell you what’s real. No charge. No ego. Just a man who gives a damn.
This business was never about volume. It’s about value. It's not about chasing clout. It's about building legacy. I don’t want to be everywhere. I want to be unforgettable — right where I am.
